For Ming Boon - 健康简单的香菇鸡肉蒸 Steamed Chicken with Mushroom



我家小妹打电话来问怎么煮香菇?香菇啊。
第一个浮现脑海的料理,就是这一道简单又健康的香菇鸡肉蒸。
准备的材料,香菇适量(喜欢的话,就加多一点),鸡腿肉2只。
调味料:盐、浸泡香菇的水。

做法:
1。香菇稍微过水清洗,浸泡在温水中。加入少许的糖在水中,让香菇更美味。如果不赶时间,就让香菇慢慢地浸泡,甚至放入冰箱浸泡过夜也没问题。保留浸泡香菇的水,那是上汤啊。浸泡好的香菇,可以切成粗条或者只切一半。
2。鸡腿肉切掉多余的油脂,然后切块。加入少许盐搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟。
3。将鸡肉和香菇倒入蒸盘中,倒入适量的香菇水。
4。锅中加水煮至大滚,放入蒸盘,蒸15分钟或至鸡肉熟透。

Ingredients:
some mushroom
2 pcs chicken thigh

seasoning:
salt as needed
water - the water used to soak mushroom

Method:
1. Wash mushroom and soak in warm water. Add some sugar to the water, this will make the mushroom taste better. If you are not rushing, let the mushroom soak for a longer period of time. You can even let it overnight inside the refrigerator. Keep the water, it is mushroom broth. Cut the mushroom into thick strips or cut into two.
2. Cut off the extra fat on the chicken thigh, then cut the chicken thigh into pieces. Marinade with some salt for 15 minutes.
3. Put chicken and mushroom into the steaming plate, pour in sufficient mushroom water.
4. Boil the water in the wok, then put in the steaming plate and steam chicken for 15 minutes or till cooked.
